Bodywork is an incredibly supportive tool. While it doesn’t replace correct saddle fit, conditioning, or veterinary care, it definitely supports your horse’s comfort and mobility. It is particularly impactful during recovery or workload changes.

Knowing how to take and record your horse’s vital signs is a foundational skill. Establishing baseline temperature, pulse, and respiration when your horse is healthy makes it easier to recognize early changes and provide useful information to your veterinarian.
