Katherine Lowry

Rider Biomechanics | Movement Educator | Horse-Human Connector

Katherine Lowry’s work lives at the intersection of movement, awareness, and authentic partnership. As a rider biomechanics specialist, she helps equestrians uncover how their posture, tension, and body habits influence their horse’s ability to move freely and soundly.

With a background in human movement therapy and years of experience in the saddle, Katherine offers a rare blend of insight that bridges the gap between the horse’s body and the rider’s. Her approach is rooted in curiosity, compassion, and the belief that better riding starts with better listening, to both ourselves and our horses.

Katherine is known for her gentle but eye-opening assessments, often revealing subtle imbalances that can make a big difference in the way a horse carries itself. She teaches riders how to shift out of compensation patterns, restore clear communication through the seat and core, and ultimately support their horse’s well-being from the ground up.

Whether she’s working one-on-one with riders or sharing her expertise inside the Collective, Katherine brings grounded guidance and an unwavering belief that healing and growth are a two-way street, between horse and human.
